Use the Site ID and Participant ID from your study onboarding packet.

Choose your meals each week

Select 4–14 meals from your approved study menu.

Pick your delivery day

Saturday through Wednesday, depending on your ZIP code.

Order before your weekly cutoff

If you don't place an order, no meals will ship that week.

No cost to you

Meals are provided through the study. No credit card, no billing, no subscription.

Fresh and fully prepared

Meals arrive fresh — never frozen — and are ready in about 2 minutes. No cooking, no cleanup.
